Step into a rewarding part-time contract opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Work closely with 5th–8th grade students within a supportive school environment, providing essential speech and language support to a lower-needs population. This role is designed for professionals who thrive on meaningful, targeted interventions and enjoy building strong therapeutic relationships.

Key Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active SLP license in Pennsylvania and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
School-based experience preferred, especially with grades 5–8
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience developing and implementing IEPs, providing direct therapy, and documenting progress

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to approximately 26 students with primary speech and language support needs
Develop engaging, individualized intervention plans based on student goals
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support academic and social success
Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and state standards
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multi-disciplinary team process
Provide services during the regular school year (ASAP – June 12, 2026; 2 days/week, 16 hours/week) and extended school year (June 29 – July 16, 2026; 1–2 days/week, 8:30am–2:30pm)
